We have been having fun experimenting with new recipes! Here is a great gazpacho recipe from Alton Brown.
The deep Ulysses flame-proof dish was great for boiling water to blanch the tomatoes. The finished dish looks lovely served in a large Eden Bowl, and enjoyed in a set of individual sized Eden Bowls.
All you need now is an outdoor table and a beautiful summer day!
